A new homeowner with 4500 SF of hardwood floors wanted new contemporary looking hardwood floors. They did not want the stain color to be too trendy and too Gray but a warmer gray that was a brownish - taupe color. So we used Duraseal Weathered Oak. Also, the floors had some damaged areas with pet stains so we placed the floorboards prior to staining and refinishing the hardwood. The pictures are the 'Before' & 'After' pictures.
