The project included removal of old hardwood floors and re-securing of existing sub-floors. New 3 1/4" Red Oak Select Grade Hardwood Flooring was installed by Dustless Sanding, followed by refinishing of all hardwood floors and steps. Custom coloring and finishing of handrails and wooden balusters to create a unique combination of making railings with dark balusters. Out-of-date columns were removed to open up the piano room and dining room. My stair contractor removed the old, out-of-date railing system and installed a new custom railing system with streamlined black metal balusters.
