Young couple moving into their new home in Ridgewood NJ home, wanted to do cosmetic fixes. They wanted to refinish the worn out and aged hardwood floors. Our Dustless Sanding and Refinishing team used the trailer with a high powered vacuum system to extract the dust during the sanding process.
Customer had Red Oak 2/14" wide hardwood boards upstairs and 9" x 9" Parquet Oak wood floors down stairs, Some areas had a few water stains. The recommendation was to use the DuraSeal "Jacobean" color stain to help hide the imperfections and to give the home owner the color they were looking for a brownish with a slight hint of charcoal color.
