This repeat customer initially hired us to use for our Dustless Sanding and Refinishing expertise to restore there worn out Living Room, Dining Room, upstairs hallway and bedrooms floors. They opted to use the DuraSeal "Jacobean" Stain . They had many ares of pet stains that potentially may not have come out during the sanding process. However, our team was able to sand out the majority of pet stains and the moderate to dark shading of the stain helped to mask other spots that did not sand out all the way. A month later they hired us again to refinish the newly installed Red Oak floors in the Kitchen and the back stair which was all oak including, the treads, risers and stringers.
